Nutrition Counseling

You know healthy eating is important, but with so many food choices today, it's difficult to know which foods are the healthiest. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) can help you whether your goal is to feel good, manage your weight or eat to prevent and manage health conditions. In fact, it's proven that people who see dietitians are more successful with accomplishing lifestyle changes. When you have medical nutrition needs or want to learn healthier eating habits, turn to the expert guidance of Concord Hospital health system RDNs for nutrition counseling services.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

Medical nutrition therapy is linked to improved health, reduced risk of disease, and lowered hospitalizations and medication costs. Most commercial insurance includes a nutrition benefit.
